Miley Cyrus has wowed fans with her singing and dancing at the Party In The USA Wonder World Tour 2009.
However, the 16-year-old Hannah Montana star also has sparked some controversy after displaying some kind of shaking movements on stage while performing her hit song Party In The USA at the Honda Center on September 23.
