The Daimler AG and its Chinese partner Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation (BAIC) have signed today in the presence of Federal Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao of a strategic framework agreement. The two companies plan to expand their cooperation in China. The joint venture Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd..
