Taylor Momsen, the 17-year-old Gossip Girl star, shocked all the audience as she flashed her chest onstage during a recent concert in New York.
Wearing a revealing outfit of black low-cut shirt, miniskirt, fishnet stocking, and high heels, Momsen performed with her band The Pretty Reckless at the Paper Magazine party in New York Thursday night. After singing a few songs, the singer/actress suddenly opened her shirt to expose her bra-less assets which just had been covered in black pasties.
