Katy Perry has been named the world’s hottest woman 2010 by Maxim magazine!
Perry, the 25-year-old “I Kissed a Girl” singer who is engaged British comedian Russell Brand, beat out Sports Illustrated cover girl Brooklyn Decker, Avatar actress Zoe Saldana, Gossip Girl star Blake Lively and Transformers beauty Megan Fox, becoming the No. 1 on Maxim's 2010 Hot 100.
“She’s the best friend you suddenly realize you’ve loved your whole life. The rad chick who taught you to skateboard and whistle and also looks unbelievable in a bikini.” Maxim said.
Rounding out the top 10 are Pop singer Rihanna, George Clooney’s girlfriend Elizabetta Canalis, actress Olivia Munn, reality star Kim Kardashian and Victoria’s Secret model Marisa Miller.
Last year’s No. 1 girl Olivia Wilde is No. 20, and Angelina Jolie ranked No. 38 this year.
