Elliot Blume-Pickle was alleged of raping a 17-year-old girl at the family's Martha's Vineyard estate in Dukes County, Massachusetts, on June 25, according to New York Post.
Tisbury township police made the arrest this week and charged him over the alleged sexual offences.
Elliot Blume-Pickle pleaded not guilty and now is free on a $5,000 bail.
Blume-Pickle, 18, just attended his high school prom in May. At the time, grandma Judy was thrilled of his graduation from Northfield Mount Hermon, a private $45,000 per annum prep school. "He’s a good guy with a quick wit," she then wrote on her blog.
